Never thought I would say I loved my experience at the dentist, but this time I did! Dr. Keen and his entire staff were so welcoming and personable. It was my first visit to this office, after having some bad experiences elsewhere and I have to say I've found my dental care home! Having to go 3 times in less than two weeks was a welcoming experience instead of the usual dreaded one. Dr. Keen and his staff took their time with me and explained everything they were doing. No rush job here! I felt totally at ease and I highly recommend Dr. Keen and his amazing staff!

Dr. Keen and his staff are absolutely amazing!! From the time you walk in the door, the front office staff is so friendly and helpful. I was then taken to the back office by one of the assistants, Betty. She is the nicest and most comforting person. She put me at ease and took the best x-rays I have ever had. They usually hurt and make me gag but Betty was wonderful and made it a good experience. Then Dr. Keen did a wonderfully, through exam with camera pictures of my teeth and showed me exactly what he saw and it helped me to make the best decisions regarding how to fix my teeth. Then I saw the hygienist, Kelly. She was so comforting and didn't make me feel bad for not having my teeth cleaned for so long. She was super gentle and so informative! Who knew what all those numbers meant that they call out! Now I know!!! She also gave me very detailed instructions on the best ways to clean my teeth and achieve getting my gums healthy again! Thank you so much to Dr. Keen and all of his staff! I will recommend him to everyone I know!

I just went into Dr. Keen's office for a cleaning and I found it was a wonderful experience. Everyone is so nice, and they seem to know what they're talking about. I still have to get some work done with them on my teeth, but I'm not nervous about it at all. They were also able to answer all of my questions on what products to use at home and were able to give me a basic regimen that is easy to stick to. For someone who is new to the area, I made the right decision in going here.

I am so glad I found Dr. Keen! I had been wanting to get a smile makeover for a very long time to correct the dental work I had done as a teenager. I just never had the confidence in a dentist to do it. When I saw the work Dr. Keen did on my 17 year old daughters front tooth, I knew I could trust Dr. Keen.

Dr. Keen is a true PERFECTIONIST and does AMAZING work!!! Before I saw Dr. Keen I would practice my smile in the mirror to see how I could best hide my teeth. I cried tears of joy when I saw my beautiful teeth and new smile! I have gotten so many compliments on my teeth and I smile proudly now.

I've been seeing this dentist for over 10 years. He's got a great bedside manner and truly cares about his patients experience. I had a bad experience with a bigger name (no slandering here) and Dr. Keen quickly resolved my issues when I switched offices. My hygienist is Lynda; she's been there for over 30 years and will do whatever she can to make sure I'm comfortable (I've got total white coat syndrome). In the world of cheap dental work and radio ads, I am so confident referring this office to my friends with chipped teeth and gross breath. Local company and been there forever - that says something. Oh, and in addition, lots of families go here so young and old and accommodated. Thank you guys

If there are 10 stars, that's what I will give to this review. I have been a patient of Dr. Keen since 1990 long before my daughter was born, and she is now 22 years old. My fiancé' and his son now also attend his dental practice. I have referred a number of colleagues to Dr. Keen and this also resulted in a domino effect. His professionalism and expertise combined with excellent and friendly service don't make me think twice about making referrals and recommendations. I am even referring him to my sister who is visiting from England.

This is why it is no surprise he and his team exceed expectations, highly reputable and one of the leading dental practice in San Diego. More power to Dr. Keen.

My dental experience at Keen Dentistry has always been nothing short of positive. The staff is friendly, professional, and does great work on my teeth. In the rare times when a dental emergency has arose, they always find time to squeeze me in for an appointment on short notice. The office has modern amenities (iPad to listen to music on, flat screens showing nature DVDs on the ceiling while your dental work is getting done...not to mention the actual X-ray and dental equipment that they use). I always feel at ease when I go in for my visits. I have been going to Keen Dentistry for years and can't see myself going anywhere else!

Dr. Keen has been our families dentist for over 20 years. My 3 grown children have never known another dentist. He has opened his office on weekends for emergencies. He has answered our emergency calls and even returned our emergency calls from Mexico. In this instance, he probably saved my sons life. (The Mexican "dentist" wanted to extract an abscessed tooth without first getting rid of the infection) I first came to doctor Keen after my previous dentist refused to fix the caps that kept falling off. Dr. Keen replaced the caps and 20 years later they are still in place. I had previously used 4 different dentists, and Dr. Keen shines above them all. His prices are fair, his work is the best, and his honesty is beyond reproach. I feel lucky knowing that my three infant grandsons will soon have the same dental care that their mothers and I have been so lucky have over the years. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR KEEN. I am happy to report that the family and friends that I have referred to him have had the same experience.
